Direct Mail Production Coordinator

Opportunities exist to join our Client Services Teams based at our Uckfield site - this is not a remote working role.

We are looking for experienced printing professionals especially those individuals looking to develop their career at a company with ambitious plans and excellent potential.

You will be expected to communicate with account managers, clients, and with production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are adhered to.

You will have to balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes.

You will need exceptional knowledge and practical understanding of; lithographic printing & finishing, digital & laser printing, managing data and data briefs, envelope production, mailing, and postal services.

Be able to generate innovative and effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client requirements.

You will be expected to take an initiative-taking and leading role in identifying and meeting production and performance targets in line with KPI's and create and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Estimating experience would be a bonus.

Familiarity with the Tharstern MIS would be preferable, but training will also be provided.
