Are you good with numbers, have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to grasp new things quickly in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must? If so, we'd like to hear from you

This is an entry level position therefore open to college leavers.

Main responsibilities

Administering sales orders throughout the whole process
Developing and building excellent internal and external relationships
Providing uptodate, accurate and relevant data for the finance team
Working with other business areas in creating and improving existing sales order reports
Preparing sales analysis reports and developing projections and forecasts

Requirements:

Knowledge of sales order processing/logistics or willing to learn
Numerate, quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems
Can multitask, prioritise and balance multiple responsibilities
Proactive, ability to take initiative for own work

IT skills

Microsoft Office suite
Excel skills helpful
Willing to be trained up on SAP
