Hybrid working you will be based in either Birmingham (Wythall), Telford or Edinburgh with the TA team in the office typically 1-2 days per week.


We have an exciting opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a
Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a permanent basis.

This role will support our Heritage division, with around 3,000 employees we are the market leaders in Heritage - products that are no longer actively marketed to customers.

We deliver on our promise to provide excellent service and outcomes for existing customers and are the benchmark for innovative, long-standing customer proposition.

Business areas include Customer Operations, Finance reporting Centre, With-Profits and Strategy and Change.

The role


The Talent Acquisition team within Phoenix are on a journey to help support the people vision to " _Make Phoenix the best place any of us have ever worked _'".

We have a number of colleagues based at our sites in Wythall, London, Telford and Edinburgh and work closely with the business to identify and attract talent.


As Talent Acquisition Partner you'll partner with your business areas as the recruitment expert and will manage the recruitment experience from pipelining and req approval through to verbal offer, with a focus on direct sourcing and a focus on internal talent.

You will lead the full recruitment cycle and focus on attracting a diverse pool of talent.

You will assigned a buddy from day one from within the team to help you develop your business knowledge as well as a detailed training programme.


Through partnering with your key stakeholders you will develop appropriate TA strategies, utilising a proactive sourcing approach and building pipelines for the future.

By providing market insights and training back to the business you will guide them on recruiting best practice.


In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of improvement and change projects within the business and the function to help you focus on areas of passion for you and to provide development and growth for you professionally.


What are we looking for?
You will have experience of managing recruitment end to end and ideally have managed volume campaigns. Experience or knowledge of recruiting either Customer focussed roles or for a Financial Services organisation would be advantageous.

It's a role requiring excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels across the organisation.
