Open Ended - Permanent Contract; Full Time Hours - 35 Hours Per Week.

The Opportunity


As our Head of HR Operations you will lead a large team of 45 HR colleagues providing a comprehensive professional HR service to the university's diverse workforce of over 17,000 employees.

As a key member of the wider HR Executive team you will support and enable the continued evolution of HR within the University by contributing to the enhancement and implementation of new processes and more widely, working with colleagues to encourage and establish new and improved ways of working both within HR and across the wider university.
