We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join a thriving care business in Wolverhampton.

Delivering a range of services to people in their own homes and in the community, they pride a 5 star service to hundreds of clients.

As the RegisteredManager you'll be responsible for the overall management of the company's regulated care services -this includes traditional domiciliary care, a complex care at home service, and specialist services that enable people with learning disabilities or mental healthneeds to access their communities.

On offer is an attractive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, pension, annual leave entitlement that increases with service, and share options and the chance to work with a fantastic team of professionals all striving to make a positive difference.

The Registered Manager is responsible for;

The day to day running of the care service, ensuring that all staff are well supported in their roles to deliver the highest quality care
Regular auditing of the service
Working with Local Authorities and commissioners
Ensuring that CQC standards are being met and that the service achieves good or outstanding in CQC inspections
Development of the service provision
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager who is commercially aware and has strong influencing skills
You'll need experience in delivering either domiciliary care services or complex care at home services
Qualified to QCF 5 or equivalent
Strong organiser, who has the motivation and drive to keep on building the services
