Job Description:

• To identify and support older people living in the Machars who have been isolated and experiencing wellbeing issues.
• To recruit, train and support volunteers to assist the delivery of support to older people
• To enable clients to live as independently as possible and experience a good quality of life.
• To develope and implement a qualitative assessment tool so the experience and outcomes for each client of the service can be fully demonstrated.
• To support and champion the overall objectives of The Riverside Centre.
• To coproduce with the older person an action plan that would reduce, or ideally overcome their wellbeing issues.
