About the job

Operating a busy switchboard
Taking and dealing with external and internal calls
Communicating messages effectively
Using the internal tannoy and radio systems
Greeting visitors
General administration duties.
Working days, evenings, weekends

Basic keyboard skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
