Job Summary

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the
Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships Executive will play a pivotal role in systemising, delivering, promoting and optimising the affiliate & partnership channels to generate MoM revenue, as well as being a touchpoint for our publishers & partners.

You will be a natural communicator and will help drive both affiliate and partnership channels growth, by sourcing, recruiting and onboarding affiliates and partners as well as providing outstanding support to optimise our partnerships across different programs.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit and onboard affiliates that are aligned with our brand and target audience, vetting those that do not meet our requirements
Manage relationships with the affiliate partners
Deliver weekly progress on recruitment and partner productivity
Collaborate with the Business Development Director to create affiliate marketing promotional material and campaigns and be the point of contact to regularly distribute it to publishers
Assist in managing the affiliate budget
Owning publisher sales validation process
Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends

Required Experience

A proven track record in a similar role and a passion for affiliate marketing
At least one year experience managing an external affiliate network
Working knowledge of major analytics programmes like Google Analytics, Similarweb, and Affiliate Network Platforms such as Impact Radius, AWIN, Partnerize
A good working knowledge of the latest affiliate marketing and online partnerships trends

Education

Degree qualified

Skills required

Exceptional affiliate marketing professional
Diplomacy and the ability to maintain relationships with colleagues and external audience across multiple locations
High proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT
Basic knowledge of designing tools such as Photoshop and Canva would be advantageous
Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and verbal communication
Second language would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise projects
