An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, who are a large and long established manufacturing company based in the Oldham area.

The Trainee Operative will be trained up in all aspects of this very busy manufacturing environment and will learn skills across all roles within the operation.

This is a permanent role and is on a rotating shift basis, (6-2, 2-10, 10-6) Monday to Friday.

Flexibiltiy is required as one of the key elements of this role is to provide shift cover across all roles during holiday and sickness absence amongst colleagues.

Must be keen to learn and progress as there are excellent opportunities to work towards promotion and more specific roles within the company.
FLT trained
Experience of working in a process/manufacturing environment
Good educational background wtih an aptitude for figures
Flexiblity and enthusiasm to learn

Very competitive starting salary with 25 days holiday and excellent benefits.
