Description

IT Support Engineer, First Line Support working on a hybrid basis and based in Essex, therefore there is a need to travel to head office.

This is a permanent full time post, based on 40 hours per week with an annual salary of £29,000 plus some great employeebenefits.

You will report to the IT Support Team Leader of this social housing provider, who is responsible for managing the needs of service users in the housing, welfare and benefits systems.


As an IT Support Engineer, you will have plenty of experience, patience when dealing with end users and be able to offer help an guidance in a clam and professional manner.

Working to key performance indicators and daily service levels agreements for responsetimes is key, ensuring that service users receive updates and completion of work timescales.
