South Coast Home Care are a small, independent domiciliary care company based in Terminus Road, Chichester.

We are looking for a full time experienced FIELD CARE SPECIALIST, or Senior care assistant to work as part of the management team supporting our lovely customers in their homes.

The field care specialist will come and join us in the office for one day per week, completing necessary audits, spot checks etc.

Responsibilities include:

Reviews/ Welfare checks during visits.
Checking equipment
Carer reviews on double up calls
Medication Audits
Communicating with families and health care professionals
Share in the on call rota alongside 3 other members of management team.

BENEFITS:
- £150 welcome bonus (Payable once training and induction passed)
- £12 per hour in the week and £13 per hour at weekends.

Senior uniform provided (different colour to hourly care)
Uniform provided and DBS paid.
You set your availability to work
Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
Travel time paid
Bright HR support
Overtime available
Double pay on Bank Holidays
