Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic company based in St Albans.

The role is for 4 days a week (ideally Monday - Thursday) and would be suitable for someone who is available for work ASAP.

The business are a market leading company who have a great work culture. You would be joining a team of customer service advisors to represent the business and deliver support to customers.

This is a temporary position with the possibility to turn permanent after 3 months.

Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00


Duties to include:

  • Utilising the CRM system SAP to input data, customer information and arrange resolutions
  • Processing requests including refunds and replacements
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Order processing
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Comfortable with computer systems
  • SAP (preferred)
  • Available to start work ASAP
