Part-time Customer Service Advisor - St. Albans, United Kingdom - Think Specialist Recruitment

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic company based in St Albans.The role is for 4 days a week (ideally Monday - Thursday) and would be suitable for someone who is available for work ASAP.
The business are a market leading company who have a great work culture. You would be joining a team of customer service advisors to represent the business and deliver support to customers.This is a temporary position with the possibility to turn permanent after 3 months.
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
Duties to include:
- Utilising the CRM system SAP to input data, customer information and arrange resolutions
- Processing requests including refunds and replacements
- Resolving customer issues
- Order processing
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable with computer systems
- SAP (preferred)
- Available to start work ASAP
