Description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Engagement Executive to join a fast-growing technology firm and SaaS provider in the healthcare space.
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will help develop strong and enduring relationships with customers to drive the uptake of the company's product portfolio including a newly launched data platform.
You will need to quickly understand how the product works, working closely with our client services team to increase customer engagement and support client relationships.
This role follows hybrid working and will require you to be in the Leatherhead office for at least 1-3 days per week.
We are looking for someone with:
- 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrable experience in developing clientfocused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Presenting SaaS, Data and/or subscription services.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Ability to talk confidently and present a variety of products/services at executive level.
- Experience working in regulated markets (desirable)
- Experience with a CRM e.g Hubspot and/or customer support software (desirable)
