We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team here at SCF Hardware as a part time employee.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for matching payments, invoices, and delivery notes. Carrying out bookkeeping, filing, and general administrative duties.Key responsibilities include:
- Matching payments, invoices, and delivery notes
- Maintaining accurate records in our accounting system
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Printing and sending out invoices to clients.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary as training will be provided.
- Assertive and flexible with job roles
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
