We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team here at SCF Hardware as a part time employee.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for matching payments, invoices, and delivery notes. Carrying out bookkeeping, filing, and general administrative duties.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Matching payments, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Maintaining accurate records in our accounting system
  • Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Filing and general administrative duties
  • Printing and sending out invoices to clients.

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary as training will be provided.
  • Assertive and flexible with job roles
  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
