Description
We are a well established KFC franchise business; currently operating 20 restaurants. We are looking for an experienced Book Keeper to join our team. The job is very varied, fast paced and you will work alongside a team.


The key responsiblities include:

  • Responsible for the daytoday activities of the companies incl cash reconcilation
  • Responsible for the Sage entries, including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Responsible for assisting our accountants on payroll, including administering the NEST Workplace Pension Scheme.
  • Working on the quarterly VAT returns for the companies alongside our accountant.
  • Assisting with invoicing, orders
  • Liaising with our finance team to help prepare cash flow forecasts where required
  • Help prepare the end of year accounts for our accountants for the companies and the Foundation. Person specification

Experience in:

  • Stable work record
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Sage.
  • Partqualified (ACA/ACCA or CIMA), or strong experience as a bookkeeper.
