You work as an Employment Solicitor, having worked hard to become a Senior Associate or even a Partner. Surely, after all your hard work, your job _should _be the perfect job, your law firm the ideal employer.

But it's not; there's nothing wrong _per se_, but
everything is a bit faceless.
You work with Solicitors you've never met, and there's just
too many Partners for you to carve out your place.

Somewhere smaller would be ideal.

Not so small that they don't have big clients, but somewhere you're able to see your impact, and propel your Employment Solicitor Legal career beyond the barriers you keep hitting.

This is the opportunity for you. You'll work with a
specialist Employment and HR Consultancy firm based in Hassocks as their newest Employment Solicitor.

In this Hassocks office, you'll benefit from the support of a close-knit legal team,as you
play an active role in the leadership and business development of the firm.

You'll
work with large companies, including those in the Aviation, IT, and Insurance sectors, as well as smaller SMEs across Hassocks and beyond.

For this role, you'll ideally have:

8+ years PQE as an Employment Solicitor
