Full Time 35 hours per week

Salary:
Circa £32,000 p/a depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package

The Role

To provide the best service delivery and support to members of the Schemes of Certification of Design (Building Structures) operated by Structural Engineers Registration (SER) Ltd and the SER team.

Within this role you will provide secretariat support to the boards for the SER schemes alongside overseeing the schemes auditing processes.

The Committee Executive also provides financial and data support, including statistical analysis and the processingof invoices, as well as responding to queries from members and other stakeholders.

The postholder will also have the opportunity to prepare content for communications with members including website updates and assist with the development of current and future schemes.


To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

  • Experience of providing secretariat support to committees
  • Experience of delivering high quality administrative support
  • An ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information
  • Experience of and ability to provide statistical analysis
Experience working in a membership body or similar would also be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly workforce.

As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operatinga longer-term hybrid working model.
