Lead Supervisor or Registered Manager

Rt are seeking a Field Care Supervisor based in Hertford. You must be a driver and have your own veichle.


£24,000 PA including on call which will be one week in the month

Purpose of role


To make sure customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Compassion, good communication and organisational skills together with a calm and caring manner are vital for this important role in ourcompany.


Key responsibilities

Support the registered manager or lead supervisor:

  • With the efficient running of a designated area and the supervision of care assistants
  • To provide safe, effective, high quality care that is responds to each customer's needs and preferences
  • Make sure our services respect customers' choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times
