    Job Overview:

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as an Agency Registered Mental Health Nurse in a dynamic environment. You will be working across multiple mental health settings, providing high-quality care to patients with varying needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To provide safe and effective care to patients with mental health conditions, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
    • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to achieve positive patient outcomes.
    • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, ensuring continuity and coordination of services.
    • To participate in ongoing education and training, staying current with best practices and research in mental health nursing.
    • To demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health nursing.
    • PMVA/MAPA training with a minimum of 30 hours initial coursework and Immediate Life Support Training.
    • Availability to cover ASAP day shifts, with flexibility to work long days, nights, lates, and earlies.
