Page Personnel are currently working with a reputable business, based in Halifax, who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will include resolving queries in a timely manner, reconciling supplier statements, assisting with weekly payment runs, chasing supplier invoices, processing invoices, producing and checking payment schedules, dealing with inbound calls for accounts and other adhoc finance duties.


The Successful Applicant:

The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role previously
  • Strong willingness to learn and progress
  • High attention to detail
