Are you committed to providing high quality support for adults with a Health and social Care need ?


We are looking for an individual who has motivation and enthusiasm and a positive outlook to join our team working alongside people with a wide range of abilities and needs.

The team supports people who have specialist needs such as dementia, autism, challenging behaviour and a variety of complex health conditions.


You will be required to provide high quality of support to individuals who receive a Day Service, including direct support.

You will also be required to co-ordinate a schedule of activities, staff resources, supervise team members and organise transport. You will have experience of working with older people with dementia and people who have a learning disability.

Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or willing to work towards) is essential. Must be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Maths and English level 2.


The post will be based at any one of our three day services, however you may be required to work in any of the localities where we provide a service which are Hebden Bridge, Halifax and Rastrick.
