Description

Part time receptionist required for a busy Podiatry practice in Uttoxeter.

Job involves making and receiving calls, booking appointments via a electronic system, filing and retrieval of clinical notes, taking payment from patients, assisting podiatrists with the daily running of the clinic, maintaining clinical stock levels and keeping the practice clean and tidy.

The applicant would also be required on to provide holiday cover for their job share partner.

As the first point of contact the applicant must be of smart appearance and have a genuine like for people.

Must be friendly whilst maintaining the professional image of the company.

The position is for 8 hours on Tuesdays covering reception plus 2 evenings at 1.5 hours for cleaning.

Experience of reception work along with a knowledge of excel and word would be beneficial but not essential as training on all aspects of the position can be provided for a suitable applicant.
