The Opportunity:

The Projects Senior Coordinator will hold responsibility for Procurement activities and collaboration activities between JLR and JLR designated partners. This will be a part of a small team delivering vehicles, systems and or products from JLR Platforms on time, on quality, on capacity and to cost for all programme deliverables as set out in the scope of work with JLR deliverables alongside the scope of work with JLR Partners

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Role:

To be the face of Procurement on a daytoday basis within the Projects team
Lead, Plan and design your activities of work to ensure successful programme delivery.
Proactively monitor programme health through the resolution of risks and issues within JIRA (if needed) and take the lead to initiate corrective action where required.
Effective coordination of the programmes and any associated interdependencies impacting supplier industrialisation.
Maximise the efficient use of time to meet objectives and within Agile if required.
Develop internal and external relationships

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience Required:

Has knowledge of project working and planning in challenging cross functional environments.
Able to facilitate crossfunctional issues via proven problem solving
Organised with excellent time management skills
Strong Influencing & Negotiation skills
Clear understanding of how to facilitate cross functional teams to meet objectives with experience of working in teams and/or experience of building relationships
Full UK Driving Licence.
