Senior Associate - Tax
Duties

  • Provide transaction tax support to the wider teams including banking, M&A and real estate
  • Work closely with the legal team on tax litigation work
  • Act as a business advisor for tax matters to other areas of the business
  • Manage and supervise junior members of the team
  • Be involved with business development activities and proactively bringing in new client work

Requirements:


  • CTA qualified or a Qualified Tax Lawyer
  • Background in Accountancy Practice or Law Firm
  • Previous tax planning, structuring and wealth planning experience
