About the Role

• There is travel expected in this role around the South East regions covering counties Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex and Hertfordshire
• You are provided with a company car.
• Role is offered on a 24 month basis incorporating 6 x 34 month work placements. These may be in any of the region detailed above.
• Assessment Centres will be taking place week commencing June 2023. These will either be vie TEAMS/ZOOM or Face to Face. This is to be confirmed.
• In the South East we have a wide variety of business areas that you will be working within in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of how SUEZ works within the waste management sector. This will include Industrial and Commercial (I&C), Municipal and PFI.

What will you be doing?

• You will be working within the Operations Team in the South East, undertaking a 24 month work rotation with 6 x 34 month placements.
• Throughout these diverse assignments you will learn about different teams and roles; you will also be given individual support from a holistic support network (a HR contact, your mentor and your line manager).
• This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge and competency in the waste industry and join our talent pipeline of SUEZ future leaders.

What are the Requirements?

• Full UK driving license
• Willing to travel / relocate within the Southeast, covering counties Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex and Hertfordshire
• Ideally you will already have some work experience through an industrial placement or summer placement to underpin your exceptional academic record.
• The will to succeed and to progress.
• You must have strong written and oral communication skills
• A keen eye for detail.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Formidable leadership qualities.
