This position is designed to facilitate business growth by giving our teams the tools they need to adapt and innovate amid evolving conditions.
You will develop our business and people strategies and work collaboratively with managers to deliver these.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, providing focused support with several of our business areas including B2B; Supply-Chain, Technical Ruminant Nutrition, Quality and Feed Safety roles.
What you'll be doing:
- Be a trusted partner to managers, utilizing HR policies, procedures and employment law knowledge to impact decisionmaking
- Partner with business leads and team managers to ensure our teams are structured, resourced and have the skills required to deliver business need.
- Support on development and delivery of organisational changes while ensuring legal compliance and acting as a true partner
- Work closely with our People & Performance Centres of Excellence to support wider P&P initiatives using your knowledge of your business area to influence positive outcomes
- Coach and guide managers to equip them with the skills to people manage effectively, translating business issues into actionable peoplefocused solutions.
- Influence and coach our business leads to have robust succession plans in place, supporting resource planning and talent reviews.
- Partner with the recruitment team to implement best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Support line managers with guidance on employee relations matters, performance issues and other casework.
- Interpret and present data effectively to influence business decisions.
What you'll bring:
- Relevant HR qualification, or experience.
- Full generalist HR knowledge across resourcing, talent management, succession planning, change management; employee relations & employment law.
- Proven experience and knowledge of best HR practices.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels and influence stakeholders.
- Proven change management and people management skills.
- Enhanced organisational and planning skills.
- Innovative thinker, open to new ideas and ways of thinking.
- Experience of working in a supply chain, agriculture or B2B environment would be beneficial
- Ability to demonstrate effective coaching skills.
