Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced First Aid Instructor to join our team.

As a First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training courses to individuals and organisations.

This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and educate others.


Duties:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver first aid training courses in accordance with established guidelines and curriculum
• Conduct practical demonstrations and simulations to teach essential first aid techniques
• Assess participant performance through practical assessments and written examinations
• Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, assessments, and certifications
• Stay uptodate with the latest first aid practices and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
• Utilise IT tools and resources to enhance training effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate participants during training sessions
• Proficient in English language (both written and verbal)
• Presentable with professional conduct at all times
• Experience in behaviour management to ensure a safe learning environment
• Valid First Aid certification or equivalent qualification
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner
• Passion for educating others on the importance of first aid knowledge and skills
• Proficient in using IT tools for presentations, demonstrations, and record keeping

£80.00-£110.00 per day
