RECOM Solutions Aftercare are looking for a multi trader to join our growing team.

As a maintenance operative for RECOM Solutions you must work to a high standard, be proud of your workmanship and be happy to be face to face with customers providing effective solutions to customer problems with excellent work quality undertaken and a high level of customer care.

Purpose of the Job:

To respond in a prompt and effective manner to reactive and Planned Project Works as allocated by the team.


Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities are detailed below, however RECOM Solutions may require additional responsibilities to be absorbed within reason from time to time to meet business demands.

• Take instruction from a Aftercare Administrator, ensuring any materials are sourced prior to appointment and all customer appointments are attended on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken inclusive of photos and materials used after each job. This will require you to be competent using programs such as Outlook and Word.
• Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures, safe working practices and RECOMs Good working practices are adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards;
• To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level.
• Display good trade knowledge and be able to complete multi trades to a high standard.
• Have your own basic tools to carry out works (drills, hand tools etc).
• Work hours primarily 5 Monday to Friday and flexible to work occasional evenings and Saturdays if needed in emergency or complex situation.
• Carry out void property inspections.

Qualifications:


Experience:

• Multiskilled, 4 years (preferred)

License:

• Full UK driving license (required)

Trades involved:

• Painting & Decorating
• Minor Carpentry
• Tiling
• Plaster patching
• High quality silicone work
• Basic plumbing skills

Basic salary of 28k - 35k depending on experience
