We are currently seeking a experienced Document Assistant to join us at Siemens Mobility-Rail Infrastructure on a full-time permanent basis based at our Chippenham site.

About your role
As the Document Assistant you will be responsible for the provision of a professional printing service to Office. To support all staff in ensuring that client requirements and project delivery timescales and efficiencies are met.

What are my responsibilities?

Supporting the print room facility in general printing administrative roles
Managing large document prints
Photocopying, scanning & storing documents
Watermarking documents
Using the large plotter machine
Ensuring paper and toner stock for the office is in place
Archiving
Making booklets
General housekeeping/safety/maintenance
Assist Office Manager with general duties
Provide cover for other teams as requested (e.g. holiday cover)
Assist Receptionist/Administrators as necessary

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Good organizational skills (essential)
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
Able to work under pressure, and communicate effectively at all levels (essential)
Proactive and able to work under mínimal supervision (essential)
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
