We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our ever growing and exciting client on a permanent basis


The Personal Assistant will provide a comprehensive confidential service to the Managing Director ensuring smooth and seamless communication within the function is an integral part of this role and therefore the provision of secretarial and organisationalsupport will be required.


The successful Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Provide outstanding confidential PA support to the UK Managing Director, including:
  • Diary management coordinate internal and external senior and executive meetings and events, proactively ensuring productive use of the Managing Director's time, prioritising key meetings and tasks and sensitively resolving diary conflicts
  • Travel management organising travel including accommodation arrangements
  • Assistance with daily administrative tasks and other ad hoc requests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external senior and executive managers and their assistants to facilitate effective communications and support transactions
  • Provide assistance and leadership to internal peers when required and be prepared to lead activities requiring coordination across the UK Management Team
  • Preparation of documents, reports and presentation material. Coordination of reports, charts and management information
  • Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking

The successful Personal Assistant will need proven experience of the following:

  • Previous experience of providing PA or EA support at an Executive level
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • Networking
  • Building and maintaining cross functional and cross cultural relationships
  • Extremely organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tenacious approach to work with the ability to multitask and prioritise across workloads
  • A fluent and articulate communicator
  • Strong influencing skills and confidence when working with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
