Description
We are a small family run manufacturing business specialising in fluid sealing solutions. You do not need knowledge of the industry to carry out this role.We supply customers all over the world with our products and they are used in a wide variety of industries.
We are looking for someone to join our Sales Support team on a permanent, part time basis. Hours are 17.25 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday. Preferably mornings but there may be some flexibility in this.

- Managing customer relationships and dealing with queries.
- Producing quotations verbally and in writing.
- Processing orders.
- Processing delivery paperwork.
- Arranging collection of goods with appropriate carriers.
- Tracking the progress to delivery and keeping customers informed.
- Following up on quotations.
- Setting up new customer accounts and updating as appropriate.
- General sales administration.
- Answering telephone and redirecting calls where appropriate.
Full training will be given but previous experience of MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
Salary is paid weekly in arrears. Wage for this role will be £ £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Preferred Working Hours:
8.15am pm Tues to Thurs
8.15am pm Friday
