Description

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic colleague to join our Paediatric team at Queen Mary's Hospital for Children at Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust.

This post is for a Trust Safeguarding and Paediatric Emergency Department (PED) middle grade who will help support the provision of safeguarding medicals, while being based in the Paediatric Emergency Department at St Helier Hospital with no out of hours commitment.

This post provides availability of an additional trust middle grade for safeguarding from five days a week, to support the Community department.

Where no safeguarding referrals have been received, the post holder will be expected to support the paediatric team in PED.

The post holder will be fully supported by the On Call Consultant Community Paediatrician for Safeguarding, Named Doctor for Safeguarding in addition to the Paediatric Consultant based in PED.

The appointee will be based at Queen Mary's Hospital for Children, on the St Helier site.
