As the Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering memorable and impactful training to both Internal and External partners across a range of environments including classroom, in-store, roadshows, events and live streaming via live online broadcasting.


This is a highly autonomous role that requires the individual to be well planned and organised with the ability to manage their own diary and planning within the business needs.


Locations including:
Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Worcester, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas

Ideal location:
Birmingham, United Kingdom, B26


Working Hours:

37.5 hours to be worked between Monday and Sunday.

Hours to be worked between 8am and 10pm on a rotation schedule with a minimum of 2 x weeks' notice where client needs allow.

2 weekends every month on a rotation basis with days off in lieu during the following week

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to aid planning of forthcoming instore training interventions
  • Prepare, present and evaluate training interventions/courses that will be run throughout the UK
  • Deliver product knowledge training to key account staff with the aim of increasing knowledge and sales
  • Support National account event shows and major training events, in addition to consumerfacing shows
  • Monitor and provide feedback and insight from the marketplace and training programmes back into the business
  • Planning and organising diary at least a month in advance
  • Be prepared to be flexible and adapt to a change of brief in a short space of time.
  • Provide support for VIP retail visits as required
  • Keep in touch with the instore selling environment by spending at least one day per quarter in store assisting in selling and leading by example
To be a successful regional trainer you need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in delivering classroom & shop floor training sessions
  • Previous sales experience would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills you will need to complete journey plans/ organise your own diary
  • A high level of resilience to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment
