We are recruiting for aReceptionist / Administrator who is extremely organised, structured and professional person who can demonstrate delivering excellent customer service for one of our clients working in
Leicester City Centre
As the Receptionist / Administrator you will work Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm working 37.5 hours per week with an hour for lunch, you will be on the reception on your own working on the main reception
As the Receptionist we have listed some of your duties below
- Answering phone
- Meeting Minutes
- Ordering of office materials
- Ordering of stationary
- Ordering of company clothing
- Liaising with IT
- Liaising with external companies regarding the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Social event coordination
- Social media
- Basic IT understanding to enable updating of the website through following of instructions
- Liaison with management team to issue material to new clients. Follow up on new clients on phone to see if new material received and try to arrange meetings for management team
- Part Document controller role
- Reviewing all documents leaving the office and updating to FW standards
- Excel spreadsheets and charts to assist management team
- Calendar management
Key skills required to be successful for the role as Receptionist / Administrator
- Organisational
- Excel creating charts, use of formulas
- Word creating templates and using review tabs along with
- Phone manner
- Ability to be proactive and take things on and move them forward without supervision and needing to be told
- Attention to detail
- Will to learn
