Working in a family run commercial property management company, we require someone to carry out the finance role in our Hursley based office.
Management of accounts using Xero. Issuing quarterly and monthly customer invoices for rent and service charges. All aspects of credit control. Banking. Payment of third parties promptly and accurately. Reconcile P&L and balance sheets on a monthly basis, ensuring an audit trail. Prepare timely accurate accounts for the Directors. Prepare and submit HMRC filings within deadlines. Liaise with external payroll, CT returns and annual accounts. Manage quarterly dividend payments. Admin as needed.Job Type:
