We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team to act as our student facing enquiry point on the university's Student Helpdesk covering all aspects relating to student records and timetabling, and providing the best quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

The successful applicant must have good communication skills with a desire to give excellent customer service to students.

Also, demonstrable administrative experience, preferably in a customer focused or educational context, and IT skills, including entering data correctly into systems, using spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office packages.

High levels of accuracy, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.

Along with the ability to organise workload and prioritise between tasks to ensure deadlines are met providing an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support service.

An honours degree would be desirable although equivalent qualifications and experience will be considered.
