We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Training Manager, based at our popular, global organisation giant tech social media company that provides seamless and intelligent social media technology.
The role will carry a significant amount of responsibility and will require a strong stakeholder with extensive experience in team building, team development and training and compliance to industry standards.
You will hold responsibility to assist the SecurityManagement Team with the planning, delivery and review of all aspects of training and compliance including annual refresher training and planning with other regional.
There will also be responsibilities to ensure we are complaint to industry standards suchas Security Licensing and First Aid for example.
You must be creative when preparing material and use evaluation tools when focusing on learning targets.As well as being a great place to work, we offer impressive benefits too:

- Full Time
- Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

Essential Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly the preparation of procedural documents, manuals, formal reports and correspondence with the client and senior management.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across the business and with external agencies
- Strong understanding of audit and monitoring principles
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams where required.
- Proven organisation skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
- Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative
