Property Litigation Partner Top 100 Legal 500 London role Regional and London based Firm Excellent role for a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to join a Leading London and regional firm with an opportunity to get involved in varied and good qualityProperty Litigation matters at partner level.

The Firm has a fantastic reputation which is complimented through their accreditation with the Legal 500. They are an extremely lucrative outfit.

My client is looking for someone with local ties to the London marketwho is looking to do business development and be rewarded accordingly.

You will be handling a mixed case load of commercial and residential property litigation matters including matters for freehold clients with an extensive portfolio of long leasehold properties.

You will advise and represent both landlords and tenants in relation to business lease renewals, rent reviews, forfeiture, dilapidations and contract terminations.

This is an exciting role with a leading team that offers fantastic prospects for career progressionfor the right candidate, someone who will grow the team eventually with support.

Ideally you will have a good social media presence and confidence and ability in high net worth work.

This firm are looking to take on a partner level candidate as the previouspartner leading this team is looking to take a step back.

There will be good work flow and they are only looking for roughly 2.5 times your salary in terms of business case.

There is no upper limit on salary provided you have the commensurate business case.
