Description
We're looking for a Payroll Data Support Specialist to join us in our Bradford office on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support on the ongoing assistance of UK payrolls across our payroll systems platforms.
This role will work alongside payroll teams and the wider business, providing comprehensive support and timely resolution auditing, reconciling and support of pay data systems queries across multiple systems.
What will you be doing?
- Proactively auditing and reconciliation of payroll data.
- Daily management of the incident management queue.
- Respond to specialist payroll systems queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution.
- Work closely with the People Services and Oracle ERP teams to prioritise systems enhancements.
- Support data uploads between Oracle, Success Factors and external providers
- Generate business requirement documents that enable efficient and effective solutions to be built and review solution design documents against requirements, collaborating with ERP teams to ensure they meet customer requirements.
- Support on existing & new payroll implementation
- Provide guidance on key Oracle Fusion data and integrations to other systems.
- Adhoc continuous improvement activities.
- Adhoc support the wider People Systems Team on incident management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as and when required.
- Payroll activities relating to data and reporting.
We tend to look for people with:
- Essential:_
- Experience within a similar system support / analyst role OR experience of working with payroll data.
- Knowledge of endtoend Payroll Processing.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion and EBS modules.
- Experience Working with large data populations and sensitive people data.
- Desirable:_
- Ability to manage own workload and conflicting priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Worked on previous data integration projects.
- Strong skills in the reporting and manipulation of data.
