- The Pensions Administrator is a member of the Pensions Administration Team who are responsible for the calculation and administration of 'cradle to grave' benefits for members of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
About the role- Automated and manual calculation of 'cradle to grave' benefits for members of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes administered Review daily post and allocating cases accordingly Checking and approval of cases calculated by other members of the Pensions Administration department Dealing with telephone queries raised by different categories of scheme members, clients, financial advisers and other interested parties Update and maintain Intellipen database and other internal databases Checking pension payrolls each month Annual checking of Benefit Statements for all schemes Supporting and training of less experienced administrators
About you- At least 2+ years working as a Pensions Administrator or similar role A working knowledge of both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes Professional, approachable and discreet- Training provided in all key areas through a combination of internal, external and web-based learning.
