People Operations Business Partner - Growing Global Organisation - London with Hybrid Working

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR Generalist to join a global organisation going through a period of exciting growth.

Reporting into the People & Culture Director you will be responsible for delivering an excellent HR Operational service to the organisation.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Overseeing HR practices and processes to deliver critical employee life cycle activities
  • Taking the lead on recruitment and supporting managers to select and recruit high calibre staff
  • Maximising the efficiency of the HR system through automated reporting and workflows
  • Analysing recruitment and workforce data
  • Making recommendations for changes to the HR System and supporting with implementation
  • Supporting managers to effectively identify and analyse key performance and Employee Relations issues


You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of developing and implementing HR policies and processes including HR systems in a start up or growing organisation.

Experience of managing recruitment campaigns needs to be combined with a goodknowledge of employment law. Experience of using HiBob and Workable would be ideal as would any experience of the FinTech sector. International exposure would be an advantage.
