People Operations Business Partner - Growing Global Organisation - London with Hybrid Working

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR Generalist to join a global organisation going through a period of exciting growth.

Reporting into the People & Culture Director you will be responsible for delivering an excellent HR Operational service to the organisation.

Your key accountabilities will include:

Overseeing HR practices and processes to deliver critical employee life cycle activities
Taking the lead on recruitment and supporting managers to select and recruit high calibre staff
Maximising the efficiency of the HR system through automated reporting and workflows
Analysing recruitment and workforce data
Making recommendations for changes to the HR System and supporting with implementation
Supporting managers to effectively identify and analyse key performance and Employee Relations issues

You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of developing and implementing HR policies and processes including HR systems in a start up or growing organisation.

Experience of managing recruitment campaigns needs to be combined with a goodknowledge of employment law. Experience of using HiBob and Workable would be ideal as would any experience of the FinTech sector. International exposure would be an advantage.
