Physical Education Teacher

PE Teacher required to start ASAP - Hatfield, Hertfordshire - 'Good' Ofsted School - Role to last till at least October half term - £140 to £190 per day - Open to experienced or ECT's


Tradewind Recruitment are working with a 'Good' progressive and supportive school who are looking for a passionate PE teacher to join their welcoming department.


With a strong and supportive PE department already in place, the school are seeking to appoint a full-time dynamic teacher of PE.

This position is also suitable for ECTs and they will be fully supported with their induction.


The appointed person will be fully involved in departmental development, target setting and evaluation of student progress and may be expected to run or support extra-curricular teams and clubs.

The role pays to scale based on experience and there is theopportunity to move into a permanent role.

The school is hoping to appoint a PE Teacher who has high expectations and strong behaviour management.
Located in the popular area of Hatfield, the school has good transport links and accessible parking. They also boast fantastic, purpose built, modern facilities.


The PE Teacher must:

*Hold QTS Status
*Have previous teaching experience/placements
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have strong behaviour management
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available to start ASAP till at least October half term
