Do you share our passion for Health and Wellbeing?

We are currently looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team and work with us to develop, support and promote our Health and Wellbeing activities and initiatives across the business.

This is a new role and is part of our focus on making Avanti West Coast a great place to work; its also a great opportunity to mould and shape the role as it evolves.

This role is not for someone who wants to be home or desk based - we are looking for someone who thrives on being out and about, working alongside our managers and front line colleagues.

Responsibilities can be found in the attached role profile but here¿s a taster below:

Coordinate the health & wellbeing calendar and programme of events
Develop and deliver new activities to improve health, wellbeing, and engagement.
Work with internal communications to develop online materials
Promote and report on positive health & wellbeing successes, stories, events, and activities through our social media platforms.
Capture all health & wellbeing data from activities, including engagement, demographic information, feedback, and impact, as required.

So do you fit the bill?

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about health and wellbeing and can channel that passion into clearly thought out plans and activities.

You¿ll need to well organised and data savvy as well as being IT literate with MS office products.

You¿ll need to be confident to engage with managers and colleagues across the business and we¿ll support you in developing your knowledge about the Rail Industry and Avanti West Coast.
