The role:

We are searching for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our ever-growing Product Team.

You will have the opportunity to work within a cross-functional team to research, design and implement across web and native apps.

Ideally, you will have a love for sport that shines through your creative and ingenuitive design solutions, placing our users at the centre of your thought process.


What you'll be doing:


  • Work closely with our Product Engineering Team to create worldclass user experiences
  • Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and visual design specifications
  • Use ongoing customer testing, research and analytics to understand user behaviour
  • Promote and execute usertesting within and across teams
  • Help drive continual improvements to processes, design activities, testing and operations
  • Lay exemplary design foundations for a growing team to be built on
  • Responsible for designs across the full mobile/web app and website, from conception to implementation
**What you'll bring to the role: - 2+ years recent UX/UI design experience leading and delivering multiple projects to production

  • Problem solving, teamwork, communication and collaboration
  • Sound knowledge of usercentred design and best practice to be able to define the customer exploration and user research strategies
  • Proficient using design and collaboration tools, e.g. Figma
  • Data or analytically driven approach to help prove your design ideas
  • Experience designing for web and native apps
  • Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across software engineering, product and commercial including marketing
  • Past experience with productrelated UI such as wearables or data visualisation
  • Experience in Webflow is a bonus
