Learning Experience Designer

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Learning Experience Designer to join our Education team, sat within the Group Central Support.


As a member of the central support Education team in our London headquarters location, we are looking for someone to work alongside the Assistant Director, Online Learning.


The role:

We seek a talented, qualified and experienced online learning specialist to:

  • Design engaging online learning experiences for delivery through our two education platforms
  • Lead on the design and development of online programmes and activities for our schools and students as well as professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Support the Assistant Director, Online Learning in identifying and curating external learning content aligned to the business needs of the organisation.
  • Support the daily management of the Global Campus and Nord Anglia University platforms and provide technical support and training in their use to other members of the Online Team and the wider organisation.
  • Create bespoke successful and active programmes, online communities and resources.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships across our schools and our central, regional, and local teams to help us deliver world class professional development and studentfacing programmes.
  • You'll be flexible and positive in your approach to work.
  • You'll have excellent organisational and timemanagement skills and high attention to detail.
  • You'll be able to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • You'll be adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment.
  • You'll be proactive and willingness to take on multiple tasks.
  • You'll be effective and productive in a homeworking environment.
  • You'll be selfmotivated and enthusiastic.
  • You'll be proficient with Microsoft products for producing reports and presentations, and team working.
