Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential as most of the work we do is computer based, and much of it using Excel.
Knowledge of Linnworks (order management system) would be an advantage, though not essential.Previous customer service and/or administration experience would be welcomed, but full training will be given.
Education - Minimum 5 GSCEs grades A-C (or equivalent), and A-levels (or equivalent).
Previous digital marketing or SEO experience/qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential.
Salary dependent on qualifications and experience. Minimum of 15 hours, 9-12pm Monday - Friday, with the possibility of more hours in the future.
