Position Overview


We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join our team, ideally based within the reach of our offices in Nottingham.


The role is an 18 months maternity cover and will focus on providing a competent and efficient service to our stakeholders whilst ensuring the delivery of fair customer outcomes.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Understanding of complaint procedures within financial services
  • Understanding of regulatory guidance and timescales in relation to complaints handling
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Insurance sector
  • Good attention to detail together with the ability to consider the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and deliver a high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS office, Word and Excel
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of FCA handbook, specifically the DISP rules


To be successful in this role, you will have had experience either in an insurance or financial services environment, you are able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and you have a track record of dealing with claims/complaints.
