Description

Currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner who now wishes to make an addition to the D365 BC support team.

This role will be hybrid in central London, providing 1st and 2nd line support.

Experience

Experienced with supporting Business Central
Experienced with providing 1st and 2rd point of contact support
Customer centric and solution minded.

Responsibilities

Dealing with customer queries in relation to 1st and 2nd line support
Operating through a ticket system
Escalating any 3rd line support tickets to a consultant

Salary
Offering a market-competitive rate up to £45,000 (DOE) alongside an extensive benefits package - including Health & Wellness package, Employee Assistance, Company Contributory Pension

Location
This client has an office in central London and is looking for someone to come on-site 2-days a week.
