In this role you will support Cloud21's People function to provide advice and guidance to colleagues ensuring policies, procedures and processes are applied in a consistent, fair and professional manner.
You'll be focused on the day-to-day delivery of the People function's tasks and deliver immediate and short-term outcomes for colleagues and stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
- Administer documentation relating to the employee lifecycle including contract variations and termination paperwork
- Ensure relevant payroll changes are captured
- Provide monthly Business Performance Review data alongside Key Performance Indicators, Board Report data as requested
- Collating and managing people related reports

- Identify and escalate any people issues that could impact on business
