In this role you will support Cloud21's People function to provide advice and guidance to colleagues ensuring policies, procedures and processes are applied in a consistent, fair and professional manner.

You'll be focused on the day-to-day delivery of the People function's tasks and deliver immediate and short-term outcomes for colleagues and stakeholders.


Core responsibilities

  • Administer documentation relating to the employee lifecycle including contract variations and termination paperwork
  • Ensure relevant payroll changes are captured
and recorded such as salary adjustments and pension changes

  • Provide monthly Business Performance Review data alongside Key Performance Indicators, Board Report data as requested
  • Collating and managing people related reports
as required, for example, absence management and exit interview
information

  • Identify and escalate any people issues that could impact on business
performance

  • Employee
onboarding tasks as required. Including reviewing employment contracts and offer
letters.

  • New
starter health declaration process ensuring formal letters are issued when required.

  • Accreditation
or employee experience administration.

  • Drafting
and reviewing of job descriptions.

  • Noncomplex
employee relation cases such as performance, absence and capability,
including administration tasks such as letters and guidance.

  • Keep up to date with external trends and developments and consider how they will impact on your work.

Success Criteria

  • Are keen to develop a People/HR career and are looking to build experience with noncomplex employee relations and support senior staff with more complex processes.
  • Are proactive and selfmotivated
with the ability to spot and dealt with issues as they occur, and escalate as
applicable.
