Petersham Nurseries have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Co-ordinator to join our Events Team at our Covent Garden site reporting to and working in collaboration with our Head of Events.
We are looking for a passionate individual with the ability to build strong relationships with the team and our clients, whilst coordinating events across two large restaurants.
About you:
Key Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in MS Office and diary management
- Good communication and negotiation ability
- Wellorganized with multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Customer service and problemsolving skills
- To be able to manage enquiries and complete quotation requests in a timely and efficiently manner
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and food tastings
- Coordinate with the restaurants management team before and throughout the event.
